TEKLA (テクラ)
2017年にコペンハーゲンで設立されたTekla。
創設者はスウェーデン発のシューズブランド〈Eytys〉の共同設立者の一人で、ブランド〈Acne Studios〉でも長年の経験を積んだデザイナー、チャーリー・ヘディン。
ホームウェア分野に現代性と表現の自由をもたらしたいという願いから生まれたTeklaは、ジョン・ポウソン、ドナルド・ジャッド、ル・コルビュジエ、アグネス・マーティンなどの芸術や建築からインスピレーションを得て、時代を超越した直接的なデザイン表現を中心とし、Sleep,Bath,Livingの分野にまたがり、機能的なホームウェア作品を制作している。

Teklaは妥協のない品質への誠実な取り組みを体現してきており、生産パートナーとの親密な協力を通じてその品質を高め続けています。
ブランドとして、その影響を軽減する責任を認識し、長持ちするように設計し、責任を持って生産することで急激なトレンドサイクルを拒否しています。
